1. Pre-service data collection (Avg. 15-20 minutes)
Check if the air conditioner is working normally, such as cooling, swing function, or unusual noises.
Measure electrical current and temperature at the unit's front before cleaning, and cancel measuring refrigerant pressure before cleaning.
Note: If the air conditioner is found to be malfunctioning, the technician will not proceed with cleaning but will offer a repair service price based on the symptoms.
2. Cleaning Procedure (Avg. 20-35 minutes)
The technician brings tools and equipment for the operation, such as a water jet machine, canvas sheet, and a small bucket.
Turn off the air conditioner's breaker for safety.
Lay a clean canvas sheet on the floor / cover tables / beds around the area before starting the air conditioner cleaning.
Remove the filters, air conditioner cover, and drainage tray (The removal of parts will be considered by the technician team for suitability at the site to prevent machine damage).
Clean the removed parts thoroughly and use a plastic bag to cover the electrical circuit board to prevent water splash.
Spray and clean the evaporator coil, clean the blower fan (squirrel cage fan), and flush the drain pipe thoroughly (without removing the blower fan).
Eliminate odors, dirt, oil stains, and dust stains on the evaporator coil to help improve air circulation. The amount of cleaning agent used depends on the oil stains and dirtiness of the evaporator coil.
Use a blower to dry, then wipe clean with a dry cloth, and reassemble the cover, filters, and drainage tray.
Clean the condenser coil (outdoor unit) in the area of the coil fins and fan by spraying clean and then using a blower to dry (only for those that can be cleaned).
Spray and clean the condenser cover, then reassemble and wipe with a clean cloth. Note: In case the condenser or evaporator unit is higher than 3 meters or is in an unsuitable area such as a condo without a balcony or where it is impossible to climb out to disassemble and clean, the company reserves the right to spray clean without disassembling the condenser.
3. Post-cleaning Procedure (Avg. 10-15 minutes)
Turn on the air conditioner's breaker.
Turn on the unit for testing for approximately 15 minutes and check the air conditioner's operation, such as the lights on the unit, sounds, temperature, swing function, and whether there are any signs of water dripping.
For installation points higher than 3 meters, the customer must contact Q-CHANG to inform via Line @Q-CHANG.
If the technician attends a site where the installation point is over 3 meters high, it will be considered by the technician team and may incur additional charges.
If the technician attends the site and the customer did not inform about the installation point being over 3 meters beforehand, resulting in the inability to clean, there will be a travel fee of 300 Baht for the technician.
In cases where the condenser or evaporator unit is higher than 3 meters or is in an unsuitable area such as a condo without a balcony or where it is impossible to climb out to disassemble and clean, the company reserves the right to spray clean without disassembling the condenser.
The company reserves the right to refuse service for air conditioners older than 10 years or those deemed at risk of damage according to the technician's assessment. If the customer insists on the service, they must sign a risk acceptance form, and the technician will proceed with the utmost care.
Permission is requested to use the restroom or a washing area to clean off dirt and grime during the air conditioner cleaning process.
Permission is requested to take photos at the service site for service confirmation data.
In cases where the condenser coil cannot be cleaned, such as when it is located outside a high-rise building or installed in an inaccessible spot, the technician team will spray-clean the exterior instead.
If the air conditioner unit is positioned close to the ceiling/wall at the service site, making it impossible to remove the blower fan (which may prevent the removal of some parts) and potentially causing equipment damage, the technician will not remove it for cleaning but will use water spraying instead.
Cleaning duration is not more than 90 minutes (the difference in duration depends on the number of units and the air conditioner's dirtiness based on usage).
30-day warranty on air conditioner cleaning service after the service date. The air conditioner must not show signs of water dripping or leakage within the warranty period.
In cases where the technician arrives to provide the service but cannot perform the cleaning (e.g., the technician arrived at the site but the condominium/village juristic person does not permit entry due to a holiday, or a technician queue issue), the technician/company reserves the right not to refund the customer in all cases.
In cases where a faulty air conditioner or a leak is found, the Company or the technician reserves the right to charge a travel fee of 300 Baht, and the technician will not proceed with the air conditioner cleaning. The customer can reschedule the air conditioner cleaning after the repair is completed, with a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of the last technician visit. The company reserves the right to refuse service if the air conditioner is not in a usable condition or shows signs of malfunction.
In cases where the customer's service location requires parking fees, the Company or the technician will charge an additional service fee of 35 Baht/hour. The Company or the technician will inform of the working duration before starting the job.
The company reserves the right not to service air conditioners that are VRV systems.
If upon arrival, it is found that the parking area is more than 50 meters away from the installation area or if travel to the installation area is inconvenient (e.g., narrow walkway, requiring a boat trip for service, etc.), the company reserves the right to refuse service or charge an additional fee at the company's discretion due to equipment movement limitations (If there are any questions regarding the service area or parking spot, the service recipient can inquire with the company before booking the service via Line: @Q-CHANG or call 02-821-6545).
In cases where more equipment than the standard is used at the site, there will be additional charges based on the actual usage amount. The company will only issue a payment link for the payment.
In cases where the customer wishes for the technician to install any additional equipment, the company reserves the right to charge a service fee, payable only through the company's payment link. If it is found that such work was not done through the company, the company reserves the right not to warranty any damage resulting from such installation in all cases of additional operating costs.
Warranty Terms and Scope :
This warranty certificate is guaranteed by the service technician team and is provided to the customer according to the name and address specified in the warranty certificate and covers only the items listed in the quotation.
The warranty starts from the date of work delivery and continues for a period of 30 days.
Any modification, alteration, addition, or repair of any part of the work after delivery must be reported to and approved by the service technician team via the platform before proceeding. Otherwise, the warranty will be considered immediately void.
Upon discovering any defect or damage within the warranty period, the customer must notify the platform's customer service center within 7 days from the date of discovering the defect, so the platform can inform the service technician team to inspect it.
If the inspection concludes that the damage is due to normal usage or is a defect caused by the service technician team's installation, the technician team will proceed with repairs according to the scope and terms of the warranty mentioned above. This will not exceed the service fee amount charged in the quotation. If the service technician team cannot provide a replacement product of the original model and brand, they will compensate with a similar model and brand product of equal or lesser value.
If the inspection concludes that the damage was not caused by a defect from the service technician team or resulted from misuse, the service technician team reserves the right not to be responsible for the damage.
Any modification, alteration, addition, repair, or any action taken by the service technician team or a representative arranged by the platform will not be considered an extension of the warranty period.
The company reserves the right not to provide a warranty in the following cases :
Damage from natural disasters or factors beyond control, such as storms, fire, floods, earthquakes, ground subsidence, accidents, etc.
Damage from vibrations caused by building extensions or building settlement.
Damage from the growth of trees or actions of various animals.
Damage from natural deterioration over time or wear and tear from usage, such as changes in color condition, etc.
Damage caused by any actions by unrelated third parties.
Damage from misuse, modification, alteration, or addition that was not performed according to the principles or recommendations of the product owner, the service technician team, or platform standards.
Damage from lack of maintenance or failure to follow the recommendations of the product owner, the service technician team, or platform standards.
